As the snow melted and the floods came a few of us headed up trails to see how things were looking. Pretty wet with the odd relic patch of snow was the answer! Made a good start on the big jump in the hip line, at least untill Matt put his back out. I suggested it was probably because it we had made an effort to get up there before 11am, rather than rocking up at 2pm smelling a bit like an old beer towel. Despite not being able to stand up Matt solidered on and we got the take off built. Billy turned up and built us a hut; we are happy as we have needed a proper hut for a while now, Billy was happy because he got to play with his new knife. Some construction shots :
